While we strive to provide accurate and detailed representations, please be aware that product images on our Site are for illustrative purposes only. We make every effort to display the colors, features, and details of our products as accurately as possible. However, due to factors such as lighting during photography, variations in device display settings (e.g., monitor calibration), and the unique nature of handcrafted silver items, the actual product you receive may have slight variations in color, texture, size, or appearance compared to what you see on your screen.
2. Pricing and Payment
All prices listed on the Site are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without prior notice. 3. Orders and Shipping
Order Acceptance: Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. We reserve the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason.
Shipping Timelines: We aim to dispatch orders within business days 3-5 business days of receiving payment. Standard shipping within India generally take 3-8 business days after dispatch. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances, courier issues.
Delivery: Delivery will be made to the address specified in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure the accuracy of your shipping address.
4. Returns and Refunds
Eligibility for Return due to Manufacturing Defect: You may initiate a return for a product purchased from SWILVER within 7 working days from the date of delivery only if a manufacturing defect is found.
Condition for Return: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it.
Unboxing Video Requirement: Due to the delicate nature and value of silver jewelry, a continuous, unedited video recording is mandatory at the time of opening the received package and examining the jewelry for any defects. This video must clearly show the unopened package, the unboxing process, and any alleged manufacturing defect. Without this video proof, your claim for a manufacturing defect return will not be processed.
Process for Return:
Contact at our Email Address swilver925@gmail.com within 7 working days of delivery, providing your order number and the unboxing video clearly showing the manufacturing defect.
We will review your claim and video. If approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.
Once the returned item is received and inspected by us and confirmed to have the manufacturing defect, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Exclusions: Returns or exchanges will not be accepted for reasons other than manufacturing defects (e.g., change of mind, normal wear and tear, damage caused by misuse or accident).
Shipping Costs for Returns: If a return is approved due to a manufacturing defect, we will cover the return shipping costs.
